Kirk Norman Construction consists of an experienced General Contractor and a highly-select crew of skilled tradesmen.
Trustworthy and Responsive
One of Kirk’s highest priorities is to meet your needs through trustworthy and responsive customer service. He and his small but experienced crew can handle practically any type of small or medium construction project. For larger projects that involve multiple trades and require larger crews, he acts as an intermediary between subcontractor crews and clients to create the most positive experience for you and your family.
Why are We Expanding?
Kirk Norman moved to Cocoa in 2019, making the Space Coast his home. He left behind a client base in South Florida. As a result, we are currently expanding services and taking on new clients in Brevard county, including Rockledge, Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach, Cocoa, and Titusville.
Whether you need help with a major project or something small, give us a call and let us know what we can do for you.
About Kirk Norman
Kirk has spent a lifetime helping families build, repair, and enhance their homes. He is a seasoned General Contractor and home inspector in Brevard County with more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry. After 13 years at Ken Norman Construction, his father’s company, where he received intense training and mentorship, he launched Kirk Norman Construction in 1997.
Solely passing the written Florida state contractor’s exam does not automatically make someone a good contractor. Kirk also has extensive hands-on experience in almost all the trades. Over two decades of handyman service in dozens of country club communities in Palm Beach county while simultaneously overseeing larger remodeling projects has honed his trade skills and kept them sharp.
As a licensed general contractor and construction business owner, Kirk has managed multiple crews, completing countless projects both big and small. These include years of ground-up construction of 50,000 square foot commercial properties as well as new construction of custom, single-family homes and duplexes in Palm Beach and Broward County. He understands the importance of efficient planning to maintain the forward momentum of complex projects with maximum efficiency.
Familiarity with all trades has given Kirk a distinct advantage when training and supervising crews and employees, as well as overseeing subcontractors. He is also quite accustomed to handling large volumes of small handyman projects for multiple clients without missing a beat.
